Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene considerations, Yalvena does not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Personal preference after delivery
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect product
- The product is defective upon delivery
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any damage, defect, or incorrect product claim, customers must provide an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Reporting an Issue
Any issue with the delivered product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send the following details:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- Unboxing video

Refund Process
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Yalvena will initiate a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Products altered by the customer
- Claims made after the reporting period
